MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of the Independent Cee Cee Riders Motorcycle Club is to promote unity within the motorcycle arena, make a positive influence in the communities in which we reside and assist various charitable organizations to make a difference for those who are less fortunate. We are an organization that stands for equality, encourage growth and seeks to build a better tomorrow. The ICCR M/C has been in existence since 1990, and we are once again ready to step up to the challenges of our society, to aid in providing a safe and harmonious environment for our members, their families and citizens by driving responsively and respecting all vehicles while on the road.

Cee Cee – An abbreviation for Charles County
The Independent Cee Cee Riders began in 1990. The club was derived from the combination of two separate clubs, the Cee Cee Riders who had been around for some time and the Independent Riders, which was formed two years prior to the merge. The Cee Cee Riders had suffered a significant decrease in membership over the years and most of their original members faded from the motorcycle circuit. The Independent Riders was predominately new and still trying to find its direction.
However, the two clubs shared an allegiance to one another due to several friendships between members of both clubs. The clubs spent a lot of time fellowshipping at the same events, that it was inevitable that the two clubs would become one. Discussion began to merge the clubs into one stronger club. We decided not to pattern ourselves after any of the other established clubs and vowed to ourselves that no matter what we would always make it fun to be a part this organization. We also vowed that the club would never forget the need to give back to the community and would always lend a helping hand when needed. These gifts are achieved through charitable donations as well hands on labor.
The Independent Cee Cee Riders still has very strong roots in Charles County, Maryland even though its members are spread over Southern Maryland and Prince George’s County. To define the Independent Cee Cee Riders would be to say group of fun loving individuals determined not to be influenced by others and dedicated to giving something back to our communities.
